Please note: During the Covid-19 Pandemic, please be aware that while we do our very best to ensure all our products are sent and delivered within a reasonable timescale, there may be delays that are out of our hands.
We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for all our orders unless otherwise requested, for our customers and our own peace of mind. (We will send items via standard delivery if requested but once the item is out our hands we can no longer be held responsible for it's delivery.)
We aim to process and post all orders within 3 working days, however due to the custom and handmade nature of our products please understand we cannot always guarantee this. We will endeavour to send as soon as possible and inform customers if there is an unusual delay.
For orders within the U.K. we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.
For orders outside the U.K. we use Royal Mail International Tracked.
Larger or bulk/wholesale orders may be sent with another courier. We usually use Parcel Force for this. Please contact us for delivery prices with other couriers.
For a faster service please ask for Next Day Delivery, this comes at an extra fee.
We will keep all proof of posting and tracking details for 3 months to ensure safe arrival of our goods. We cannot guarantee the delivery times of overseas items.
If an item has not arrived within a reasonable timescale, please check the tracking number provided when we post it. If the item has not arrived or cannot be traced please contact us on the contact details below and we will do our very best to help.
We cannot take responsibility for items left outside the customers home if they are not in to sign for the item. Please ensure you have a safe place or neighbour to deliver to, or arrange to collect for you.
